They bring deep technical and business acumen across multiple MarTech and Data ecosystems, translating complex requirements into actionable blueprints that align to measurable business outcomes.

Strategic Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead solution architecture and data strategy across key enterprise engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Shift Paradigm’s technology roadmap.

  • Lead or support scoping sessions, translating high-level business goals into technical recommendations and level-of-effort (LOE) estimates.
  • Develop and present solution roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and phased delivery approaches aligned to client maturity and growth goals.
  • Represent Shift Paradigm in co-selling scenarios with platform partners (Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, etc.), articulating solution value and differentiation.
  • Provide thought leadership in RFP/RFI responses, ensuring technical feasibility, clarity, and alignment with best practices.
  • Create and maintain reusable pre-sale assets (architecture templates, proposal frameworks, estimation models) to improve speed-to-proposal.

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure architecture designs are feasible, scalable, and align with Shift Paradigm’s solution IP.
  • Work closely with Client Success, Project Management, and Delivery leaders to ensure projects are executed with excellence, maintaining architectural integrity through deployment.
  • Mentor architects, platform experts, and consultants across teams, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and technical excellence.

  • Embed AI/ML capabilities across client ecosystems to enhance personalization, predictive modeling, and marketing automation performance.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage data science, generative AI, and automation frameworks to drive proactive insights and customer engagement.
  • Partner with internal innovation initiatives to prototype new solutions, accelerators, and reusable frameworks that differentiate Shift Paradigm’s offerings.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years in marketing technology, solution architecture, or data engineering roles within digital agencies or enterprise environments.
  • Extensive experience leading client delivery discussions both in a pre-sale and a post-sale motion, with excellent communication, presentation, and consultative skills.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
