Overview

As a Senior Consultant on the Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for the outstanding delivery of RevOps and Technology based engagements. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of experts to deliver end-to-end solutions focused on supporting our clients revenue growth. You’ll partner with clients to understand their goals, build trust and lay the foundation for a continued relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively own all aspects of Project Delivery including; client email communication, consulting sessions, client discovery, providing recommendations & all executional work, requiring little to no supervision.
  • Implement, enable and optimize client’s technology ecosystems to facilitate revenue performance and execute against project deliverables. 
  • Lead enterprise level discovery meetings and discuss requirements with audiences such as Marketing, Sales, IT, Operations, and Executive Leadership from a perspective tailored to their objectives.
  • Lead client-facing presentations to successfully communicate complex ideas, advice and solutions 
  • Keep projects on track, providing thorough and consistent internal and external communication regarding status of projects/initiatives, next steps and potential blockers.
  • Understand the requirements of each initiative within the engagement and seek out information needed for successful, on-time delivery within budgeted hours. 
  • Deliver on multiple client projects simultaneously identifying problems, synthesizing ideas, and implementing solutions
  • Train and empower client-side resources to take over our work and leverage frameworks that set them up for success
  • Create and socialize documentation throughout the duration of each project.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of current revenue marketing and sales operations trends.
  • Identify and surface outcomes consistently throughout the course of an engagement leading to subsequent projects, overages & retainer renewals.
  • Mentor team members to support the continued development of team resources and the team’s overall maturity growth.
  • Established across the organization as a SME on one or more of our core technologies, contributing often to help teammates learn, solve problems and share knowledge.
  • Deliver exceptional client engagements demonstrated through high NPS scores and repeat business.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations and/or revenue operations roles in house or within an agency setting
  • 5-7+ years of tactical & strategic experience using Marketing Automation Technology such as Marketo, Pardot or Hubspot as well as CRM tools such as Salesforce and a demonstrated understanding of how this technology is leveraged by marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience creating marketing, sales and/or revenue process improvements that align people, process and technology and increase ROI  
  • Foundational understanding of Marketing/Sales Operations technologies, strategies & best practices.
  • Experience in leveraging marketing and sales technologies to collect and analyze data and report on funnel health, attribution and effectively assess the ROI of demand gen efforts
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience successfully working in fast–paced, entrepreneurial environments with minimal oversight 
  • Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and an Agile, team-oriented environment. 
  • Previous consulting experience and Marketo/Adobe certification is a plus

As required by law, Shift Paradigm provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, New Jersey or Washington. The salary range for these residents is $90,000.00 to $118,000.00. Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to role, skillset, relevant education, level of experience, certifications, etc. In addition to base salary, Shift Paradigm offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, Life/AD&D, Flexible Paid Time Off, and various other ancillary benefits and perks.
