Shift Paradigm

Sr. Demand Marketing Manager (Demand & Growth)

Remote - Full Time

About SH/FT

Shift Paradigm is a purpose-built business partner focused on realizing our clients’ growth ambitions. Architecting digital experiences that open doors instead of hitting walls. Beautiful ‘onstage’ moments, brilliant back-office operations. It’s the best of both worlds.

Ready to make a shift to grow with us?

We exist to solve the toughest growth challenges facing modern marketing and sales organizations. We work with some of the world’s biggest and best brands to turn complexity into clarity and strategy into measurable impact.

Our work drives the KPIs that matter most: pipeline, revenue, and growth efficiency. We go far beyond campaigns to rebuild the operating system of modern marketing, connecting strategy, data, technology, and execution into something that actually drives results.

We thrive on complexity and challenge. We don’t chase trends. We build solutions that last.

If you want to learn from experienced growth leaders, build something meaningful, and shape the next chapter of your career, this is the place to do it.

The Role

This is an internal role focused on driving SH/FT’s own demand and growth marketing.

As the Sr. Demand Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing programs that generate real pipeline (leads that convert) for our business. You’ll work closely with our Growth Advisory team, department heads, Customer Success, and leadership to design campaigns that connect strategy to revenue outcomes.

This isn’t a “run the playbook” role. You’ll have the freedom to build, test, and scale what works, while being supported and mentored by experienced growth executives who will challenge you to think strategically and operate with precision.

It’s a hands-on role for someone who can move between strategy and execution comfortably, who understands how demand works across a complex B2B funnel, within the professional services and consulting sector, and who’s ready to grow into a future marketing leader at SH/FT.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline for Shift Paradigm (web, social, email, events, etc.)
  • Translate high-level growth strategy into clear, actionable marketing plans
  • Own the marketing funnel, from messaging and positioning through campaign execution and optimization
  • Partner closely with the Growth Advisory team, Customer Success, and leadership to align marketing with business goals
  • Define, track, and report on the metrics that matter most to the business
  • Leverage data, automation, and AI tools to make marketing more efficient and targeted
  • Build, test, and scale multi-channel campaigns across paid, content, web, email, ABM, and events
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure performance and ROI
  • Continuously evaluate performance and propose improvements across strategy, tools, and processes
  • Champion a data-driven culture across marketing and growth
  • Manage 1-2 direct reports initially as well as dotted line resources

What You Bring

  • 7 or more years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a marketing, sales, or RevOps services organization
  • Proven ability to build and optimize demand generation programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Strong understanding of marketing operations, analytics, and RevOps alignment
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel marketing programs across digital, ABM, content, and events
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves and execute
  • Comfortable working with martech tools such as marketing automation, CRM, CDP, and analytics platforms (experience and expertise in Marketo, Salesforce Sales Cloud/CRM, Apollo a plus)
  • Excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally and influence without authority
  • Self-directed, curious, and accountable, with a bias toward action and results
  • Interest in experimenting with AI and automation to improve marketing performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Why SH/FT?

  • Work with top global brands while leading marketing for one of the fastest-growing growth consultancies in the industry
  • Help shape the future of AI-enabled marketing and how human and machine intelligence work together
  • Learn directly from senior growth executives who will mentor you and help you build leadership skills
  • Be part of a culture that values curiosity, accountability, and results
  • Have a clear, supported path toward marketing leadership within SH/FT
  • Be measured by the impact you create, not just the tasks you complete

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
