Project Manager - Part-time, Contract Position

About the Role:
Project Leadership
- Manage 2-4 concurrent projects involving cross-functional teams
- Lead project scrums and health meetings using agile methodology
- Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Identify risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies
Client & Team Coordination
- Facilitate client communication and expectation management
- Coordinate internal resources and ensure proper time tracking
- Drive project kickoffs and close-out processes
- Maintain project documentation and status reporting
Project Types Include:
- Marketing technology implementations (ESP, CRM, CDP)
- Digital campaigns (email, landing pages, automation)
- Strategic assessments and GTM planning
- Tech stack optimization and data governance
- 2-4 years project management experience in fast-paced, agile environments
- Marketing background required - agency or martech experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
- Experience with PPM tools (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter who can implement structure and drive accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- CAPM, PMP, or related PM certification
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Previous contractor/freelance experience
- Likely 10 to 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling within business hours
- Fully remote position
- 1099 contractor relationship
- Must have current US work authorization
